Return Policy
Due to the overwhelming requests to return product to the Distribution Center and the freight charges we incur as a result, the Return Policy will be as follows:
• There will be a 15% restocking charge on all products.
• Product purchase date must be within the last 90 days.
• Product returned must be in a resalable condition and will be inspected.
• Products must be accompanied with a reason of return, the invoice number and the date it was billed.
• Facility must be notified of shortages or damaged materials within 24 hours of delivery.
Pickups and Transfers
If you would like the DC to pick up an item or items at another center, you must notify the DC prior to the date the item is to be picked up. Our drivers are instructed not to take anything back unless they have the request in writing frm the DC.
Exceptions to this are when the item is to go to another center on the same route, farther along the line. We do make back hauls, and at times, will not be able to pick up items when requested.
Terms
Billing cut-off is the 31st of the month. Net due in 30 days.
